  • An autoclave, as a crucial piece of equipment, primarily serves to thoroughly sterilize and disinfect items using a high-temperature, high-pressure environment. Sterilizer-Spray Water Bath

  • It utilizes the high-temperature lethality, penetrability, thermal conductivity of steam, as well as the principles of pressure and time control to efficiently and uniformly sterilize food, thereby ensuring food hygiene, safety, and shelf life.
  • It has advantages such as fast heating speed, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, and easy control of heating temperature. Steam is used as the heat source, which saves a large amount of water waste, and the condensate from steam can be recycled. It can not only be used for sterilization but also for food cooking, drying, and other processing procedures.
  • Compared to other sterilization methods, steam sterilization has minimal destructive impact on food nutrition and taste, and can better maintain the original state of the food.

Sterilizer-Spray Type

  • By evenly spraying high-temperature hot water onto the object’s surface, the core temperature of the item is effectively raised through heat conduction, resulting in thorough sterilization. Additionally, the steam produced by the evaporation of hot water further accelerates the temperature increase, enhancing the sterilization process. This method offers significant benefits, including low noise, minimal loss, rapid temperature adjustments, and no secondary pollution.
  • The internal mechanism ensures uniform spraying in all directions, eliminating any blind spots for efficient sterilization. It is also water-efficient, reducing energy costs, and its highly automated design enhances ease of operation and production efficiency. It is well-suited for sterilizing a variety of materials, including plastic items, soft packaging, and vacuum-sealed products.

Sterilizer-Water Bath

  • The equipment utilizes high-temperature water as the sterilization medium. By fully immersing items in hot water, it creates a high-temperature and high-pressure environment, effectively killing various microorganisms and significantly extending the product’s shelf life.

  • Its unique design ensures that items are exposed to sterilizing water 360° without any dead angles, leveraging water’s high heat transfer efficiency to achieve uniform and thorough sterilization.

  • The sterilization water can be recycled, greatly reducing resource waste and enhancing economic efficiency. This technology is particularly suitable for sterilizing irregularly shaped, large objects, and products in glass packaging.

     

Freeze dryer

  • The freeze dryer removes moisture from pre-frozen products through sublimation, turning ice directly from solid to vapor under a vacuum environment. This process keeps the food’s shape, color, aroma, and nutrients almost completely intact.
  • Its advanced vacuum system and precise temperature control ensure a stable low-pressure environment, accelerating sublimation and shortening drying time while guaranteeing uniform and thorough dehydration.

Quick Freezer

  • The quick freezer rapidly cools food to ultra-low temperatures between -35°C and -45°C using high-velocity cold air, swiftly passing through the microbial growth zone to lock in freshness and ensure food safety.
  • Its powerful axial fans and optimized airflow channels deliver uniform cold air to every corner, preventing the formation of large ice crystals and effectively preserving the food’s original texture, color, and flavor.
  • The system integrates energy-efficient insulation panels, automatic defrosting, and precise digital temperature control, reducing energy consumption and operational costs while ensuring stable long-term performance.
  • This technology is ideal for industrial food processing lines, widely used for freezing seafood, meat, poultry, bakery products, fruits, vegetables, and ready-to-eat meals to extend shelf life and maintain high product quality.
